We've been helping travelers, vacation rental companies, and second homeowners since 2003 - operating vacation rental companies across North America.

But at our core - we are dog lovers! (we even like cats, but felines stay home when their humans travel). We love to bring Maple, Winnie, Lola, Sandy, Kobie, Jonnie, Miley, and Marvin when we travel so we can truly enjoy our getaways.

We listened to travelers, homeowners and property managers to create the perfect dog-friendly booking platform for all!

On TakePaws, you'll find tens of thousands of professionally managed, privately-owned vacation homes ready, willing, and able to welcome your ENTIRE family (humans & canines).

Of course, we expect visitors to be respectful of the properties. And while there will likely be fees to allow you to bring your pup with you, when you book on TakePaws, you'll save 10-15% compared to booking on Airbnb, as you'll be booking directly with a trusted, local property manager.

And by booking with a property manager, you'll have a consistently better experience than renting from an Airbnb "host" or a "Rent By Owner" who may not have all of the resources of a true professional property manager.

And our inspiration for Take Paws comes from Maple - our 15-year-old red heeler mix who is still catching frisbees and serves as a great office dog.
