When it comes to outdoor living, this twostory retreat features a spacious fenced backyard with coastal foliage providing excellent shade for relaxing, a hammock, a firepit, and a BBQ area with a gas grill and a picnic table that is great for cookouts.

The home's main entrance leads you to the groundfloor level where you will discover a large bedroom with a TV, a full bathroom, and a laundry area with a washerdryer. Climb up the stairs to reach the main living level of the home and two spacious bedrooms. Discover panoramic views of the ocean from the wellequipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with access to an extensive deck.
