There is a kitchenette with plenty of dishware as well as a hot pad, microwave, stainless steel fridge/freezer combo and a clothing washer! It should also be noted that the large window in this condo has a privacy tint so even though you can see everything that's going on outside, rest assured that the outside cannot see everything that's going on inside!
