This single level home, located on the quiet north end of Sunriver, is great for the whole family. Stay comfortable year-round with central air-conditioning, a welcome feature during Sunriver's warm summer days. The living room, with vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light, is equipped with a gas fireplace, large Smart TV with cable, and comfortable furnishings. While relaxing, you'll enjoy great views of the surrounding pine forest. Your pup will also love being just minutes from the new dog park.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities to make meals for your whole group. Off the dining area with seating for 6, you can access the patio to enjoy a meal outside or enjoy a soak in the full fenced private hot tub.

Down the hall are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: Bedroom One is a large bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and patio access. The second bedroom features a queen bed and TV and shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom features a twin+trundle bed, perfect for the kiddos.

When you are ready to explore all that Sunriver has to offer set off on foot or hop on one of the adult bikes provided with this vacation rental to explore over 30 miles of paved paths, with access right outside your door. You will have a great time choosing your adventure - the fun at Fort Rock Park, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles.
